Right... I will give this a go.
I'm a reasonably accomplished curry muncher (if I do say so myself), but it seems you're well and truly ahead of me on total technique and such. I usually cook coconut based curries and sambals... I even nominated a Curry Throwdown once (which I lost!).. There will be a few people who will ask the question.... is this BBQ???
Well, yes. You can do food like this on a grill, especially a Weber, just like you might make an American style Chili, or in a smoker as well. Curry is definately enhanced by the flavour of smoke and I've done curry on a grill and in a smoker quite a lot and it's fantastic...
So.... lets eat curry!
