Orion 101 Convection Cooker
I knows its not considered a traditional smoker but I picked one up at a cheap price and plan on using it to smoke some ribs for a competition coming up in sept. Does anyone have one, used one or seen it used in a competition? I've used it a few times and everytime my ribs have been a hit with family/friends. Just wondering what your thoughts are on it.
