Does anyone have experience with commercial smokers such as Southern Pride, Ole Hickory and/or Holstein smokers? Others recommended? Any quality issues with these manufacturers (Southern Pride, Ole Hickory, Holstein)?

Any recommendations to rotating vs convection smokers some offer both?
