Made just a small amout of Que this weekend. Just enough for Me and the Wife for supper last night and enough left over for Smoked Chicken Salad this week for lunch.

Rinse, pat dry, rub with,
Plowboys Yard Bird & SM Sweet & Spicy
Cooked @365° for about 1 hr & 165°-170° probe temp.
over RO & Kingsford with Pecan & small amount of Hickory
remove and gnash teeth....
