I got the braid recipe from a friend in Germany. I had a list of spices to use but not the amounts. lol I used a teaspoon of each.
He uses pork neck meat but I didn't have any so I used pork tenderloin.
After cutting them in strips I seasoned them with a mixture of
oregano
garlic-2 cloves minced
onion powder
paprika
coarse salt
cummin
rosemary
peppercorns
coriander
and celery salt
after braiding the pork I brushed them with olive oil. I also brushed them one time during the cook. The cook took about 45 minutes.
It was tasty, I hope to make them again. :)
