Need help with smoked & fried turkey legs
Hi folks... Got a question... I saw it mentioned someplace where someone is smoking their turkey and then frying it. I was thinking doing the same with some turkey legs and then deep frying them afterward. I have some room in the cooker for the legs since I am just smoking a turkey breast, but was wondering what I need to do when frying them. Do people just throw them in or do you coat it with a rub or flour or something? Thanks for the help.
