Looks good! Hope it all works out as you have planned.
One thing to consider this weekend, or shortly after you complete, is to have add a domed lid to the UDS. This will allow another cooking grate to be placed just below the rim of the drum for more cooking space, or even more head room for turkey/chicken/etc.
