They will be cooked side by side and exactly the same way. The only difference will be the brine on one. I want to do this comparison test so that I can tell the difference in moisture content and flavor. I feel like this is the only fair way to truly test a new product. I will be posting a full review of the cook tomorrow night or the next morning.
