This cooker looks to be practically identical to the model I just bought at Lowes. The only differences I can see are the top vent maybe not being powdercoated and the side tables being wooden rather than metal. Everything else looks the same. I'm running my first cook on mine today... a 7lb boston butt to see if I can hold the temps down without any modifications. So far so good at 267 degrees almost 3 hours into the cook. I may want to talk to you about your intake vent modification at some point though. Was the vent difficult to remove and disassemble?
