A huge success

Last night, I pulled a prime tri-tip out of the freezer and got busy after receiving my test batch#3 from my co-packer. Here are the results:

And the slices

The Peppered Cow is ready

Give me a few weeks to get this in the store. Anticipated Release date is March 15th.
