I'll cover everything we do BBQ from start to finish including brands of all rubs, sauces, meats etc. including our very unique Pork technique and cooking method.
The class is suitable for all skill levels from the novice to experienced.
We will be cooking on Traegers, WSM, Weber Kettle and the BBQ Guru Onyx Oven.
