When I do this one again, I'm going to do 2 things differently:
1. I'm going to add 3/4 cup of Scotch cream
2. I'm going to add it last, after dividing the cheese mixture into halves, and add the Scotch cream to one half, then I'm going to layer it, either with the Scotch cream on the top or on the bottom, don't know yet, but it will look great when presented, with the caramel oozing over the sides, too.
