I agree with HBMTN - if you can't commit STEP AWAY!! If it's "too good to be true" then it probably IS!!
The rent is good, and having a partner is great, but if you can't commit to cook and run the place the way you want it to be - you need REAL DEEP POCKETS to get a cook/chef/manager to run it your way.
"I have no experience running a restaurant" is important. Do you ever watch Restaurant Impossible or Kitchen Nightmares??
