I get a spray can of oven cleaner and let em set in a large trash bag for a while. I wire brush em and hose em off in the yard. But I don't do it that often...maybe 2 or 3 times a year. I'm with the other guys, I'd go with 2 racks due to the allergies...unless the marriage isn't going well just kiddin
