I made this today to take to a friendís house as an appetizer. Itís a seafood casserole stuffed into grilled masa flat bread. Hope you enjoy:

Here is my cast iron bread stick pan:



The raw ingredients for the casserole, snow crab and shrimp:



I guess itís not really a casserole, but thatís the closest I can come to naming it. Cooked in a CI skillet over indirect heat. Make sure most of the liquid is gone or it will ruin the masa shells:



The shells are baked, instead of fried. This prevents the strong corn taste that masa is famous for. It also allows the shells to be more bread like:



Once the shells were done, I stuffed them with the seafood mixture, sprinkled a little Cajun and seafood seasoning along with some parmesan cheese for color:
