For my first TD I thought I'd jump in with some Cedar-Planked Salmon with a Juniper Rub and Wild Berry Glaze. I myself don't care for salmon but my wife LOVES this recipe and asks for it often.
I started with some Atlantic Salmon
Added the Juniper rub which is a rather unique flavor.
Then I placed it on the Weber Kettle with indirect heat. (ummm ignore that 1.5# ribeye; that was my dinner. Wish I had that for the man sized meat TD)
Then the finished product.
