needed to be cooked longer?, get crispier?

Too Spicy i think for most of the judges

Pork: 7/5/6 9/8/8 9/8/9 8/5/6 6/6/8 5/7/6

i think maybe the pork was too juicy

Brisket 9/9/9 8/9/9 9/9/8 9/8/9 7/7/7 9/8/8
