1.This flue is requested by an Australian BBQ school.
In my design there should NOT have a flue. Fire is purely controlled by thermostat. this way a precise temperature control is possible. Smoke escapes from gaps between cover and lower part

2.Even with the flue, the fire deflector and grease pan are NOT welded on the grill, there are gaps for smoking to pass by. and Also you can adjust positions of fire deflector and grease pan, in turn adjust smoke.
