1st Catering Job, any advice is appreciated.
We were just offered our first catering job. They want pulled pork and ribs for 70 people and 2 sides.
I have everything arranged except for the amount of shoulders and slabs.
What would be the best way to go as far as amount of shoulders and slabs do you think.
