Thumbs up I Have a Couple Tips For You *** Tri-Tips That Is

It started out I was going to do these on the Chargriller and use the Rotisserie. Monsoon season changed my plans, electricity and rain just did not seem like a good mix.

So I went with the backup plan and grilled them on the Egg indirect at 375. These are my best to date, still not quite right on the seasoning but I nailed the tenderness.

Started with some Costco meat.

Picked a couple with some nice marbling.

Marinaded one in some Soy sauce, EVOO, Pepper and Garlic

Rubbed the other with some seasoning I found some time back, this seasoning is great on Prime Rib BTW.

On the Egg

Few showers so had to add the rain cap.

Did a reverse sear for about 3 minutes.

Pulled at 138 and rested for 10 minutes. Sliced and served on white buns.
