The Thermostat can be set like 60C for 3 hours, 70C for 3 hours, 80C for 3 hours and 100C for 1 hour. The flue is closed. Temperature is purely controlled by speed of blower, the speed of blower is controlled by thermostat.
P.I.D thermostat is very clever. It knows when to speed up or when to slow down the speed of blower. Thus temperature fluctuation is kept within 1 C degee.
