You will have to scale this back. It will make about a gallon.
1/2 gal Apple Cider Vinegar
36 oz Ketchup
12 oz Tomato Paste
1 Tbls Dry Mustard
2 Tbls Garlic Powder
2 Tbls Crushed Red Pepper
2 Tbls Black Pepper
1 Tbls Onion Powder
2 Tbls Lemon Juice
2 Tbls Chili Powder
2 Cups Brown Sugar
