Here is one of my basic sauces:
Eastern NC Pulled Pork Sauce
½ gallon cider vinegar
1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
¼ cup sea salt
¼ cup crushed red pepper
1 Tbs. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
¼ cup Texas Pete
