I've had my UDS for a few weeks now and love it. This is my first attempt at BBQ chicken thighs. Turned out pretty damn good, flavor was killer, skin nice and crispy, meat was a just a shade over. Not to bad for my first time...

I've found everything that helped me do this from this site. Thank you everyone for everything.
