They re-certified it and filled it with no problem. That ignition feature is part of what makes the Performer such a great grill. Put you lump in a chimney, put it over the ignitor for 2 minutes. You're ready to go in just a few minutes with no mess or fuss.

And I agree, keep the red one!
OPD valve present! Now I just have to wait for the refill adapter from Weber and I'll be good to go
