decided against rotisserie and smoked it over some hickory and RO.
Rubbed with Montreal steak spice cause I put that s^%t on everything!

Had some time to kill so

Rested and sliced

Here is the final product, super tender (surprising) cooked to 135 then foiled and in the cooler. Please use this pic as my entry
