Here is my Weber Comp setup. At first i thought the Performer was just not worth the extra money above a regular kettle. I've only cooked 4 IBCA contests but you just don't see these pits down here in Louisiana competition too much. My only two wishes were that the lid design didn't act as a rain catch to fill up the bottom of the pit with water and if there were just a better way of insulating them for better efficiency.

Great looking units you got there. I heard the best way to store it in the rain is covering it with a large trash bag first then the Weber cover on top.
