That's cool. I'm glad it turned out well for you.

I've had "Chicken Rocket" for years now. Same sort of idea (chickens do sit more vertical...so it's closer to a beer can type). The instructions that came with the rocket said you could use it for a small turkey...would have to be a SMALL turkey for sure I think!! May have to check out the cannon.

Did you like the pecan rub? I've also had some of that for a while. Still waiting for the perfect time to use it.
