I have to say this is blasphemy on two counts:
1. Guinness abuse

- The sous has the right idea...
2. I think this is the first time I have seen anyone with the marbles to actually boil "flavor inject" there Q that I have seen posted on a BBQ forum that is not sponsored by Rival, Westinghouse or Rachel Ray.
