O yeah another question I had! Whats the recovery time after you open the main door? Does the insulation help with this or make it worse because from what see it can take a while to get these things up to temp initially. I would like to have something that can handle more than a couple racks of ribs, but that can need a lot of opening and closing, especially trying to find that perfect tenderness.
