) has seasoning kits for bacon that are supposed to be very good. Quite a few of the guys at the Cookshack forum use their Cookshack electric smokers for bacon. I have a boneless pork loin that I am going to make into canadian bacon soon. I just have to figure out if I want to do a dry cure or a wet cure. I've seen recipes for both.
