Default 175 people 2 meats and no sides

Got asked to cater a wedding for 175 people. They asked me to cook the meat only. Brisket and chicken. But i'm not sure how much to cook of each and not run out of either one. What meat ratio would i use to calculate per person . Any help would be greatly appreciated
