CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT!!! - The 2011 "Best Dam BBQ Cookoff" is set to take place on July 2, 2011 at the Rend Lake Dam in Benton, Illinois. We are a state championship cook off and sanctioned by the KCBS. We're currently looking for teams and judges and have set a 50 team limit so register early!
