I've smoked a few 14 lb brisket on my new LA Grill Country Smoker (pellet) and they've turned out beautiful. My wife just volunteered me to cook for a big party at a friend's house and I need to cook two at once.
I've been rubbing with Henry's and cooking them about 11 hours at 225ish... then wrapping and setting in a cooler for another hour.
When I'm adding an additional 14 lb brisket.... typically how much time will I need to add to my cook time ???
