Here it is... the pulled brisket. Pulled easier than any other meat I've done so far. Tasty, too! Long day.... a little over thirteen hours from the time the meat went in the cooker until the point was ready to pull. And then I still had to let it rest 15 minutes. Now it's time for me to get some.... rest, that is. A good day!
