Since no one seemed to know, I looked it up..... and "MOINKballs" made with Swedish meatballs wouldn't be MOINKballs at all. It would be MUNOFFballs, since in Swedish, mu=moo and noff=oink. This site has really gotten me thinking about things I never would have imagined before!
