The pregnant wifey was craving some tri-tip so I swung by the store on the way home and picked up a beauty. Trimmed it up and gave it a healthy coat of The Rub Co. Santa Maria Style Rub. Cooked direct for most of the cook to build a nice crust and pulled at 135 degrees. Doesn't get much better than a nicely done tri-tip!!!
