Yep. Catfish is a fave fo me too. We slice a yellow, red and green bell pepper into strips, then slice a purple onion into half inch rounds separated and then marinate in EVOO and Cavenders for a couple hours and grill those directly in a grill wok while the fish is cooking. Served with home made saffron rice. Yum.
