Dirty Dick was teamed up with Jim and Ray.. Dicks a great guy, but was pretty busy throughout. Thank god for him, cause my phone had zero signal, so he was my only connection to the family back home. We had a few chances to talk but if he wasnt cookin, he was out and about with Ray. Hes got an aswesome sauce with his name on it.. "Dirty Dicks Oral Abuse" or something like that(Jim help me out here).
Another guy, Dave Brewer from Back 40 BBQ was next to us.. He's a real down to earth guy.... we sat around late friday night and just swapped some tales and ideas.... got there saturday mornin and he looked like hell.... not much sleep there.
Hey Jim, no sweat.. i got my cookin in with Dizzy Pigs and really enjoyed running from tent to tent. I liked just being a "helper". Got to do loads of stuff, learned alot from different teams and all that without the stress associated with the game.
