Thanks, dudes!

As I alluded to in the post, I am using this in a new appetizer recipe tonight.
I'm calling them "Steakhouse Crostinis". It will be grilled and garlic-rubbed
French bread that is then smeared with the onion marmalade and topped with
sliced top sirloin and a chipotle cheddar sauce.
