The book is pretty much done but of course needs editing. I write long then edit down for power. It is about 12 chapter and covers how the internet as well as our natural American tendency to try to improve things that may not need improving has sort of made us loose our way. My favorite chapter was about how the melted plastic covering on a loaf of bread on a pit that was simply sitting in the sun, made me realize I was not quing as hot as I was trained.
The whole brisket on a spit in my gas grill was funny too.
