And now that you have a base for Brusnwick, you can tweak it and make it your own. A lot of home cooks in the south use butterbeans along with the corn, but it's rare to find BBQ restaurants that use them.

I go through a lot of tortillas, they are easy to make and taste so good hot off the griddle. Sometimes that's all I need... a couple of hot tortillas and a cold beer to wash them down. lol
