Default My first try at Georgia Brunswick Stew

I wanted to give Saiko's Georgia Brunswick Stew recipe a try.... It was so tasty. Thank you Saiko, it's a keeper!

Saiko's recipe.....

I cut the recipe in half and made half a batch. :)

I used a smoked pork tenderloin
some grilled sweet corn
some of my canned tomatoes
Head Country dry rub
Billy Sim's Hot Q sauce
Cholula hot sauce
cider vinegar
kosher salt
cracked black pepper
and water

I added the butter and let it simmer all day....

Then made some fresh flour tortillas to go with it...

I like to roll them out by hand... They usually aren't round, but I do not care. lol

I like hot tortillas slathered in butter, then rolled up.

My pot of hot Brunswick Stew...

Thank you again Saiko!
Also, thanks for checking out my first attempt at Brunswick Stew.
