Thanks Bigabyte

Terry already posted a thank you:

I also received a package from Chris and figured I'd give the rub a whirl before I posted. My crack team of sous-chefs was very excited to try it out on some beef ribs for this week's Throwdown.

We're all very happy with the results:

Thanks Chris!

Hmmmmm.....

Stupid post office must have lost another package.

Holy Carp! (All hail the fish deity), that is the funniest picture I've seen all weekend!

The foil hat on the gerbil (? hamster? chinchilla? Mutated sugar glider?) and squirrel are hilarious.

Love the crack crew of sous chefs!

The people who received these packages won them in this contest.
http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=78454

As much as I would love to just send more out right now, this will have to wait a little bit. I may have additional contests in the future to get more prizes out. Just thought I should explain before I get a bunch of requests!

Stay tuned!

Feel free to suggest future contest ideas for handing out these prize packages. I have removed my foil hat and am now open to suggestions.

Yah, figured that one out. Still worth a shot though.:thumb:

Actually, the Squirrel patches would make a good throwdown prize...

If I ever win a throw down Biga, Will you do a salt free version for me?

Since I make it by hand, I could definitely do a salt free version. It also does not have any MSG, in case anyone was wondering. It might have some aluminum in it though.:becky:

Isn't that de rigueur for you?:-P
