Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo 2/25 - 2/27
 
We packed up our supplies this past weekend, heading to Houston on Wed.

This is a huge contest, almost impossible to get a new team in, there is an actual waiting list.

We were invited to cook with a team "DAMNIFINO" and looking forward to the event. Rules are IBCA. We've seen all the other biggies, MIM, JACK, Royal, not on to Houston.
