Bread fatty stuffed with roti
This weekend I made a fatty stuffed with roti. The dough was good but the charcoal has given a nasty taste.

Charcoal gave a nasty taste? What about the charcoal gave it the bad taste? It looked good.

That looks great. I suspect you put the loaf on before your fire was ready, hence the charcoal taste. I think that's worth another shot.
