what is the PP method/picked pig method?
I havent been able to find anything about this besides some mentions here and there
|
Do you mean pulled pork? Just means pulling the meat apart in strands for making sammiches etc once it's been cooked vs slicing or chopping the meat.

I think he's referring to Paul's (the Pickled Pig) method for doing chicken. I think you have to go to his site and forum. www.thepickledpig.com
I don't know if the full run down is on here or not. |
Or do you mean a pig picking? This is when you cook a pig, half a pig or whatever and each person picks the meat he wants to eat off of the pig. A very fun kind of party. Much less work for the cooks.

I think Todd was right. It probably has to do with the mention of the pickled pig method in the cupcake tin thread.
