Was wondering if anybody had any advice on how to get started selling my B.B.Q.I have been cooking at home for some time now and was thinking of maybe trying to sell it.
My question is how do you get started?I live in California and to start a business here sucks,but Im planning on moving soon.I will be building my own smoker and trailer in due time.My main concern is the code for cooking food on site in the trailer,not sure where to go.
Any advice would be great...

First, check with your local Health Department. They will b able to get you going about requirements for trailers, vending setups, and catering requirements.
