1st attempt at Brisket
Here is my first attempt at a brisket. Let me know what you think of the apperance of the meat and I think i will do a presentation like this, there is no garnish allowed at that competition. Seasoned outside with Montreal Steak Seasoning and made a special injection and mop sauce and then served with Au Jus
It looks good to me. Did you pour the pan drippings over the slices afterwards?
