Full size pan help!!
I have been looking for a what someone called a hotel perforated pan. What I need is a perforated pan that will fit into a full size pan. I saw one being used on television and it sits about halfway down into the full size pan.
Anyone know where I can get one? Does this make sense!!?:-D Thanks |

You should be able to get them at Restaurant Depot or some other type of restaurant equipment store. Here is something: http://www.webstaurantstore.com/full.../92220000.html or http://www.suitesupply.com/perforate...=19-25526135-2 I got to go, I got a tasting:cool: |
You're just north of Los Angeles......there is probably more restaurant
supply stores there than anywhere else in the world. Here is a Google link to some of the Restaurant supply stores there. http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=resta...fp=7MCNwvs4NB0 I'm sure you will find exactly what you are looking for at any of these places. Prices should be good....and if it seems expensive; keep in mind it is heavy duty restaurant quality equipment....and will last you forever if you take care of it. Just a thought...make a list of everything you can think of that you may need....and take plenty of money....because you will find all kinds of things that you never knew existed. Plan on spending a couple of hours just walking around the store looking at everything there. They will have the pan you are looking for...plus deep ones, shallow ones, full pan, half pan, quarter pans, 1/8 pans, round ones,....you name it...and you will see it. |
just bought a couple off samsclub.com several to choose from free shipping.

Is this what you want? As mentioned above, any restaurant supply place would have them. I got a plastic one that I use for rinsing and storing greens at contests in the cambro.
